The Advanced File Manager plugin is a useful tool for Soholaunch website managers that don't have FTP access to their site. This plugin is very simple and uses a familiar Windows style file tree display structure.
This plugin allows the manager to browse through all of the site files starting from the root web documents folder. Also, with this plugin, you can upload, delete and even edit files directly inside the administration window. All files and folders are displayed with an attractive file type icon.
Also, the plugin is translated into the following languages: Bulgarian, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish!
Make sure that you are running 4.8 or later.
This add-on will not function properly on any version earilier than 4.8.
How to find out what version you're running
Log-in to manage your website with Pro Edition (i.e. http://example.com/sohoadmin)
and look in the bottom right corner of the admin tool window (ie. in the footer).
How to update your version
If you're running v4.8.x or earlier than you've got to first update to v4.9 via Fantastico.
Once you're on v4.9 you can update to the latest build using v4.9's built-in Software Updates feature (Main Menu > Webmaster > Software Updates).
