New newsletter fix.

V 1.4 - A New fix for the newsletter, which used a php file instead of a includethis.inc file. Now also database table is created if not available.

Version 1.2 of the template includes a new version of the includethis.inc file to show the newsletter signup box correct. really need help with these boxes

I upgraded my soho to full edition and still cant get the newsletter box to work, or any site editing "related links", please help
