Fixed admin email problem in database.

1. Fixed: Changed the sort for Category and City to Sort A-Z rather then by key number.
2. Added option to select change the 24 hr clock to a 12 hr clock with AM and PM
3. Fixed: Repeat days not working. The cal. event is displayed in every day from the start date to end date all seven days.
4. Fixed: When http:// is not inserted infront of Website URL under event detail page, it duplicates in the url bar causing the link to fail. (now you don't need to write http:// anymore)
5. Added a field in the setup for an email address to send notice of review when new items are submitted.

We are also working on the following changes:
1 - Add CSS ability for the font size and color for event detail. Title, Body, City extra.. For independent control.

2- Add CSS ability to theme event submit event form.
3. Minicalendar to be placed in template

- Fixed Color picker
- Added 3 new color options for detailspage.
